Includes Nutten and Ellis Islands. Full colour vignettes of Broadway from the Park and City Hall at base, and a key table of 'Public Buildings' within Manhattan provided. Very useful for history of Manhattan. Harlem Railroad shown running along Bowery and Fourth Avenue. The map has 3 tears, two at top right (8cm and 5 cm), and one from right to centre (15cm), each affecting map. It has been professionally restored and laid down on linen.
